She strives to help them understand their rights and knows the processes and strategies to use to get things done for them. Her excellent relationship with LPRT personnel ensures any administrative problems, challenges or delays arising from that office with our clients' applications are dealt with quickly. Pat also guides the My Landman Group office staff required to serve the needs of our landowner clients.
Daryl has extensive expertise in Alberta Surface Rights matters, driven by a personal connection to his family's farm land. His experience in front of the Land and Property Rights Tribunal and the Alberta Utilities Commission is unmatched and his expertise is highly respected. Daryl furthers his contribution to landowners' rights as a Director of the Action Surface Rights Association in the Taber area. He is also regularly invited to provide his input to Alberta Government committees and agencies regarding energy projects and surface rights matters that are important to landowners.
We are very fortunate to have had Alyssa join our team. Her extensive education and experience working with an oil and gas company in the past allows her to see this business from both sides of the table administratively. She shepherds the flow of files through the office very efficiently and deals promptly with any emails and challenges that the LPRT may present regarding our landowner clients' files. She is persistent and successful in having the LPRT administration and the Government of Alberta's Finance Dept get things right regarding Recovery of Compensation applications and Tribunal decisions. The friendly caring manner in which she communicates with our clients is appreciated by all.
Lyss powers the Recovery of Compensation application process in the office. She ensures applications are created correctly and provided to landowners at the proper time so that they receive their arrears compensation from the Government of Alberta as soon as possible after the payments come into arrears. She too deals effectively with the challenges presented by the LPRT Administration and solves any problems as soon as they arise. She is more than happy to answer questions from landowners at any time.

Her background in accounting and finance ensures our records and billings are accurate and up to date.
